Mrs. Ruth Wissmann
Hi! My name is Ruth Wissmann. I have been teaching Kindergarten at St. John’s School since 1992. I am married and have a son named Alex. We make our home in Union and have a black lab named Ruger.
I hold an Elementary Education Degree and an Early Childhood Certificate from SMSU (Southwest Missouri State University) and a Master’s Degree from Maryville University.
I chose St. John’s as a place to start my career and to gain experience. However, I fell in love with the families and school at St. John’s and feel it is the place where I should be. It feels like home.
St. John’s has a lot to offer. I feel very fortunate to teach here because of the small class sizes, and so I can share my faith with my students.
Sincerely, Ruth Wissmann.
